A few entries ago I had posted a leopard cardigan that Aria from Pretty Little Liars wore. Well I came across another great leopard cardi that is different but amazing nonetheless.
Love this Diane von Furstenberg cardigan! I love the pink accents. What do you think? Get it here.

Lately Leopard has been everywhere! Along with other animal prints. I notice there are many animal print pop color items in some of the leading stores. I have been on a hunt for a great leopard scarf. I would LOVE to have the Louis Vuitton Graffiti scarf but that is out of reach. So is this YSL leopard scarf:

These Beauties cost $995 Here....But you can Save on the following scarves instead!

These beautiful Topshop scarf/snood is amazing for a reasonable $35!
or you can get a VERY reasonable leopard scarf for $6.95 at H&M! I spotted it today in the SoHo store on Broadway! Unfortunately I cannot find a photo for it but it is the brown and black leopard print. I still am not sure why I didn't buy it?! LoL oh well...Tomorrow!

Love not War

The Military trend is far prominent right now. It is everywhere. I see people daily in Soho wearing Military inspired clothing and shoes. Men and Women. I have to admit I am also one of those people who has some items that are Military inspired. My favorite item would have to be a tie between my Steve Madden Troopa Boots in white and my Authentic Military Telephone bag that I got at a local thrift shoppe. I will have to post the pictures of the bag later because I don't have a photo of it at the moment.

$100 well spent in my opinion! I love them and get compliments on them all the time. They are actually comfortable but they have received a bit of wear and tear due to the salt and snow so I may have to buy another pair. I recently bought the most amazing vintage military shirts that are from the Korean War and Vietnam War. I can't wait to wear them.

Lately with this weather I am in need of waterproof boots and as I sit on the train I take a look and notice the many women with rain boots. I have never been a huge fan but recently I came across these rain boots that are MUCH cuter than the typical ones you see. They have laces and come in various colors! What do you think? Stylish or not?
You can purchase these here! They are $179.

Cozy Interiors

I love seeing what people do with their spaces. I really enjoy seeing people utilize rich colors and I love when people can mix modern with antique/vintage.

I really love this room and how it seems masculine but not overly-so. It seems to really have character which is important for a space. Some rooms may contain a lot of accessories but they are disjointed and really give no substance to the room, they just provide the room with space filling clutter.

I love the mix of textures with the pillows. I also really enjoy the use of typography in a room, whether it be prints, fabrics, or cutouts. The natural wood and the mix of metals looks great without competing. Overall the olive hued and gold tones of this room are really inviting.

Another thing I love is wallpaper. Yes. I said it. Wallpaper. In moderation and only in some spaces. But wallpaper can really transform a space as well as add visual interest to a room. You don't always need to clutter a wall with artwork or photos, but you can just have a wall that has been wallpapered and it is a focal point in itself. I personally like when people use wallpaper in a hallway. For example:

Stripes are also something that can be very trendy and modern yet they can go awfully wrong. Sometimes they make a room to busy and tacky. But this dining room seems to have executed striped walls well. The stripes are broad and in a muted gray. The room is large so I think it works.

Now what is your take on rooms with Black walls? I personally think it can work with the right room and decor. This room is black and masculine yet very appealing with all the unique artwork.
It really has an eclectic feel and I love the desk and the overhead light fixture. I feel that it was a very bold move because this tiny studio is only 350 Square feet! Gotta love NYC !!
I actually like this space a lot. But what do you think? Too dark? Would you paint a room black? Let me know!

Pretty Little Liars Motel Dress

Here is another outfit from Pretty Little Liars. This dress was actually on my wish list this Christmas in solid Orange and Black. But the one worn by character Mona was the orange and black polka dot version.
You can purchase the Orange and Black at Karmaloop.com

Just $45!

Otherwise you can buy the polka dot version at Revolve Clothing for $65. But I think I like the solid better?

Pretty Little Liars is back

Okay So I have to admit that I watch Pretty Little Liars and I love it. A bit cheesy but I can't help but tune in! The clothes on the show are amazing! The second season premiere episode was full of great outfits but I especially loved character Aria's leopard cardigan! The cardigan that she is wearing is supposedly from Zara but I was unable to see it online so I will have to stop by the store and see if I can get lucky. I work across the street from Zara so that is what I will do tomorrow.

Otherwise I heard that it may actually be the leopard cardigan by BCBG. Nonetheless the BCBG one is adorable and spot on identical!

I am in LOVE with this cardi. It was originally priced at $158 and you can get it for $60 Here.

I hear that H&M has a more reasonably priced version but when I was there 2 days ago I only saw a gray snow leopard type cardi. Not the brown leopard print I was hoping for. But if you know anywhere else to get a "Steal" priced leopard cardi let me know! Otherwise I may have to "Splurge".
